Dear Trainers,
Thank you for the important role that you play in creating safe spaces for ministry in your congregations and organizations. We are particularly grateful for your willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and new training materials as we meet the challenges of not only a pandemic, but also evolving expectations of what needs to be conveyed in a training.
For many years, we have asked trainers to complete an annual Trainer Agreement, indicating their commitment to serve for the coming year. The diocese will be moving to a new software system in the next year or so, and it’s important that we transfer only current Trainers into the new system. Beginning this year and moving forward, anyone who does not submit a Trainer Agreement that is signed by the trainer and the head of organization will be removed from our list as a Trainer. Of course, a person can always be added again to the trainer list in the future.
Here is important information for Trainers in 2022, including how to access the Trainer Agreement:
As always, we are here to work with you and answer any questions that you may have. Thank you again for your faithful ministry in the diocese.
In God’s mercy,
Lisa
